BOOTCAMP
Group workout focused on building strength through a variety of exercises. This type of training program helps to increase cardio endurance. Workouts include exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Resistance training using bands and light weights. Proper form and alignment are emphasized in this class.
