BOOTCAMP

Group workout focused on building strength through a variety of exercises. This type of training program helps to increase cardio endurance. Workouts include exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.

BOOT CAMP

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Resistance training using bands and light weights. Proper form and alignment are emphasized in this class.

A cardio kickboxing class consisting of punch/kick combinations and sports conditioning athletic drills.
